Postage and Delivery

Our postage and delivery policy is simple and straight forward, when you checkout for a UK delivery you have the choice of dispatch service, this gives the maximum number of working days from us receiving your order to dispatching your items.

All items are dispatched via Royal Mail and will be delivered a maximum 3-5 working days after dispatch.

If you are ordering for a delivery to a European destination goods will be dispatched within 7-10 working days, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, depending on the postal delivery within your country.

If you are ordering for a delivery to any other worldwide destination goods will be dispatched within 7-10 working days, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery, depending on the postal delivery within your country.

At the time of dispatch you will receive an automated email letting you know your order status has been updated and the items you have ordered are on there way. If for any reason we are not able to fulfil the whole order in a single dispatch this will be made clear in this email letting you know which items have been dispatched and which items are on back order.

If your goods are being sent by one of Royal Mail's tracked services, Signed For or Special Delivery, you will be sent the tracking code to enable you to track the process of your delivery through the Royal Mail system.
