Postage and Delivery
Our postage and delivery policy is simple and straight forward, when you checkout for a UK delivery you have the choice of dispatch service, this gives the maximum number of working days from us receiving your order to dispatching your items.
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail and will be delivered a maximum 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Unfortunately we currently do not ship to any locations outside of the UK & Ireland.
At the time of dispatch you will receive an automated email letting you know your order status has been updated and the items you have ordered are on their way. If for any reason we are not able to fulfil the whole order in a single dispatch this will be made clear in this email letting you know which items have been dispatched and which items are on back order.
If your goods are being sent by one of Royal Mail's tracked services, Signed For or Special Delivery, you will be sent the tracking code to enable you to track the process of your delivery through the Royal Mail system.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We endeavour to give 100% customer satisfaction on all issues, and aim to get it right first time, every time.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s)must be in their original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return Your Item

To return an item(s) to us, please fill out the Product Returns form attached to the email and send it along with your item(s) to the following address:

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. Only regular price items can be refunded.
To request a refund, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with this process.
Please note that refunds will only be accepted on items purchased at full value. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Voucher Codes/Promotional Codes
Voucher codes that are bought in conjunction with a Smile Science deal or offer and can only be used online and must be redeemed before expiry, which is stated on the relevant deal at the time of purchase.
Voucher codes can only be used once, if multiple vouchers have been purchased each voucher must be redeemed separately. The discount is valid on Products only and cannot be used against postage and packaging charges.
Voucher codes bought can only be used to redeem against the specific product stated and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
If you decide to return a Product that has been purchased with a discount voucher applied, you will need to contact the relevant company who supplied you with the voucher and request a refund for the full amount of your voucher from them. This information will be displayed on the applicable website(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
